How do I contact you?

How quickly do orders go out?

We use a fulfillment center and they do a great job of trying to get orders out within 24 hours. After that it's in the hands of the mail service -- generally USPS. You will receive a tracking number. 

Important: As the holidays get closer please plan ahead for delays. It's so much better to get your gifts early instead of the day after Christmas. 

Shipping Costs

We are very aware of how expensive shipping can be and have done our best to reduce that cost. Our tshirts ship for free and the shipping on kits is heavily discounted to save you some $!

Can someone help me if I have questions about the kit instructions?

Yes! See above and email anytime or call us during business hours. 

What about returns and refunds?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sean@isolvestuff.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
